We launched the email course in September 2023 and the course remains live for you to learn at your own pace.
What the project involved
- We facilitated a development workshop to collaboratively sketch our plans for the course
- We gathered examples of great practice from across the digital space
- We tested content with 14 fantastic volunteers, we A/B tested everything we could including the landing page, title, order of the emails and also the most popular images
- We found fun ways to make the content interactive in mass mailing software with polls
